Our company looks back on a 35-year success story with northern German roots. Founded by the architects Anke and Friedrich Schween, the company has developed continuously. In addition to the classic services of an architectural office, the area of project development and project management was expanded. On our own behalf, commercial projects have been realized throughout northern Germany and since 1990 we have acted as general contractor for Deutsche Bank AG and other well-known German companies.

Since 1990, we have shifted our focus of activity to Spain, specializing in the realization of luxury residential properties.

In 1991 we were admitted to the Balearic Islands Chamber of Architects and since then we are authorized to submit building plans in Spain.

As German architects and property developers, we know the demands and needs of our customers and offer a comprehensive service that goes far beyond the completion of the building project. Quality and reliability as well as adherence to deadlines and professional competence are the cornerstones of our company.
